Where we deliver
We ship to the 50 United States and Washington, DC. US territories and APO/FPO military addresses are outside our current delivery area.
Shipping cost
Standard shipping is free on all orders to eligible US addresses. No minimum purchase is required.
Handling and transit time
Orders are handled in 1–2 business days. Transit takes an estimated 3–4 business days after dispatch. The combined estimate is 4–6 business days, excluding any wait until the next eligible processing day. These are estimates, not delivery guarantees.
Order cutoff and business days
Our daily order cutoff is 7:00 PM CST (UTC−06:00), fixed at UTC−06:00 throughout the year. On business days, orders placed before the cutoff begin their handling window that day. Orders placed at or after the cutoff, on weekends, or on US federal holidays begin their handling window on the next business day. Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding US federal holidays. Chicago observes a seasonal time change; our fixed cutoff does not change with it.
Taxes
The checkout tax amount is $0.00. This does not represent a claim that our products are legally tax-exempt.
