30-day return window
Request a return within 30 days of delivery. For a change-of-mind return, luggage must be unused, in its original condition and original packaging. No restocking fee applies.
How to request a return
Email support@mokuna.art with your order number and return reason. Please obtain return authorization and shipping instructions before sending a parcel. Our authorized return address is 217 Las Vegas Blvd N, Las Vegas, NV 89101, USA.
Change of mind
For an authorized return because you changed your mind, you pay the return shipping cost. The ordinary unused-condition and original-packaging requirements apply to these returns.
Damaged, defective, or incorrect items
Contact us with your order number and details of the problem; photos can help us assess it. When an item is damaged, defective, or incorrectly sent because of our error, we cover the return shipping cost and provide return instructions. The issue being reported does not disqualify the return under the ordinary unused-condition or packaging requirements.
No restocking fee
We do not charge a restocking fee for approved returns.
Refund processing
After the returned item has been checked and the refund approved, the refund will be issued automatically to the original payment method within 10 calendar days. Your payment provider determines when the credit becomes visible in your account.
